Your ABS system is the anti-lock brake system. At a minimum, the ABS must 'know' what speed all the wheels are and has the ability to control the braking wheel by wheel. Check engine light flashing traction control light / stablitrak sevice light on. Taken to dealer p0300, low compression, spark plg 1 fouled with oil. Piston ring shown to be stuck. Ring was released and engine given carnon clean and spark plug replaced. Dealer says it doesn't need the new oil deflector as it's already on the 2011 model.I just came across this on youtube and this guy (kid) claims that pulling a fuse completely disables both stabilitrac and traction control. It was hard to tell exactly which one it was (I think fuse #9), but I am sure you can cross reference it with a fuse box diagram to find out.
