Feb 25, 2020 · With 922r 6 parts need to be replaced from the list below as you are only allowed to have 10 foreign parts when creating a rifle. As it stands with the SP5 all parts are made in Germany as this is imported as a pistol. You can only use 10 of the following parts, 6 need to be replaced. 1. Receiver. I’d like to SBR it, but to be honest, putting a stamp on something I don’t have extended plans to keep would be silly, I’d SBR an SP5 all day long though. That said, if it was between and PTR and AP5, I’d get a PTR because for me at least the AP5 hasn’t proven to be worth it, or that it sucks due to Century’s history.Anyone SBR a Century AP5? If so, what did you put down for manufacturer, place of mfg, model, and length? ETA: Hoping to find out what has worked for someone here.

Just measure yours from the end of the barrel to the baseplate of your AP5, then add a few inches for the KES collapsed. I've never cared too much about measuring my SBR's, I just guesstimate it. Never felt like it mattered since you can change the barrel length or stock on an SBR later.
