Att active armor not working
Samsung S23 Ultra Active Armor issue. Call log is always empty in Active Armor. I have done all the stuff I have read on the Internet about how to solve this (including stuff that does not work such as no such thing as "clear cache") to no avail. Uninstalled, reinstalled, etc.It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either. I was told the issue was because my phone number was ported from a different carrier. I get that but my calls are getting blocked by ATT and I have no way to access the block list.

It ended up silencing my text message alerts and also blocking any texts I receive from banks and those I get for 2 factor authentication. I removed the app but the problem persisted.
