If you want a pure PVE build this works just fine. 125 ki blast. 125 ki. 42 stamina. Rest dumped into basic attack. You need super Vegeta 2, Big Bang KHH and "this is a real KHH" super soul. Go super Saiyan and spam BBKHH away.
