I have searched through the .223/5.56 thread in the reloading depot and have concentrated on IMR-8208 charges in the 23.0-23.8 grain range with the 75 and 77 grain bullets, with starting seat depth of .02 off the lands. I ran those numbers through Quickload and it estimates a pressure way over the max, even for NATO.
