To make the glowberries grow you have to manually harvest the berries and right click them on the bottom of the bush thingy to make it bigger. Dripstone can take 4 hours for just 1 block and the glowberries need light. Also that is a bad drip stone design. When dripstone “grows” they create stalagmites. I have a 6x28 dripstone lava farm that I always use for smelting. The only problem is you have to collect it with buckets and manually put them in the furnace.
