Just drop the mag, make sure the chamber is empty, lock the slide back, pull the disassembly latch down, release the slide and pull the trigger.It's held in by the two pins in the frame, above the trigger, that hold in the locking block. If you only drift the pins enough to clear the spring you might be able to remove it. Put the frame inside a gallon size ziplock back so you don't lose any parts.
