Where did all of the amazing control features go? With the most recent update, I’ve lost the ability to control specific devices and user profiles. Additionally, before the update, my kids profiles were paused, and all if their devices. And of course I can’t unpause their profiles now, which has caused all of their devices to be down.I see no unpause option. I see troubleshoot device or device details when I click connect then devices and then the flex using the xFi app. Wait I fixed it. No idea how but I think I figured it out. 😅. I am having the same issue. I paused all of my devices, but now when I go to unpause it shows 0 devices.
