This appears to be just another scam to try to get more customers to sign up for instacart Plus. No actual follow through with shoppers getting their orders. My customer earlier had a shopper pick up that wasn't even on her favorite list. I had no orders and was parked at the HEB where she placed it when she notified me. This system is such a conBBB Scam Tracker; Business Resources ... on a change number form four times since November and I was told numerous of times my number will be updated on my Instacart shopper account and it hasnt ...Instead, the shopper completed my order in a matter of seconds, added multiples of most items, raising my order total by well over $150, texted me saying he'd been in an accident and then never delivered my order. Instacart customer service, as usual, has offered 0 help, other than saying "we'll have someone call you in a few minutes".

I didn't think anything would come of it but today they removed her rating for fraud and the missing items report has been removed as well.
