I placed an order in May 2022 for laminate flooring that was not longer being carried by Home Depot, but I was still able to put in an order through Super Arbor with an initial time of delivery between 3-10 weeks. A couple of weeks later I called to get the status on the delivery. They then told me they were mistaken and did not have the material so they cancelled my order. No call, no email, no nothing. A few weeks after that I called to get an update on the credit for the cancelled order. Got a lot of nothing. Easy and simple….
