I have done the following -Put a piece of paper in the tray table -Factory Reset and leave it alone for 5 minutes -Laser Sensors Recalibration -Opened the tray and inspect wire connections -Removed ... When I get the yellow flashing lights, I lift the globe, vacuum out the litter, reset it in the right position, then I unplug it from the back of the box.
