I did some testing on this to figure out total amount of tiles per 1 worker. - Villagers work for 11h a day which is 22mins IRL time. - 1320 seconds. On average: (0.2 added to each action to accommodate for movement of the NPC to the next tile) - Ploughing takes - 5.8s. - Harvesting - 3.8.farm workers not farming. so I've read a lot of other discussions on this but none of them has fixed it for me.
