Our Mission. Rio Grande Valley Humane Society (RGVHS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 animal shelter and adoption center serving the community of the Rio Grande Valley. We provide homeless animals with shelter and care while working to find them new homes. The Mission Valley Animal Shelter is a small private no-kill facility serving Lake County, Montana. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), we depend upon the kindness, generosity and love for animals that we all share. Our goal is to reduce the number of abandoned, unwanted and homeless pets through adoption and education. Our Mission. Lifeline Oro Valley Animal Rescue (LOVAR) Mission is to save special needs dogs and cats and work within the community to develop non-lethal solutions through, rescue, rehab and rehome. LOVAR is: > an all-breed and Special Needs Rescue for cats and dogs that is breed, age, size and type neutral.
