This will be my first time playing a Bard in a serious campaign, which is expected to run for quite a while. It's also my first time playing a spellcaster in pf2. I've read through the Gentleman's guide, but it's missing a ton of stuff and it's mostly talking powerful stuff. Your studies make you informed on every subject. Things that target reflex are extra good for a Bard, specially if you are the only caster in the group. If you don't have any signature spell in mind at level 2 consider Dispel Magic. Counteract checks are hard but it's strength lies in the versatility of the spell.
