If you're doing GM level content, Pre-Astyanax IV is better with archers's incan + wild card over Strident as a precision bow. For anything else Tyranny with dragonfly and incan beats everything silly. Tyranny is lightweight and I think in GM level content, it just takes too many shots on red bars to proc its effects.
