I bought a faulty Primo Water dispenser over the summer and contacted customer service to request a refund in July 2023. After almost 30+ phone calls with their CS and finally getting through to a supervisor (Tammie Fawcette) after close to 3 months, I still have not been given a refund for the dispenser totaling $208.93.Water Supply Problems: If your Primo Water Dispenser is not dispensing water, there may be an issue with the water supply.
