San Luis I, the passenger crossing, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is also a FAST and SENTRI enrolment center here, which is open from 8 am until 4 pm on weekdays. For commercial vehicles the San Luis II crossing hours are from 9 am until 5 pm on weekdays.
