Ped visa
The L1 visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows foreign companies to send certain employees to a related US company. The US company must be a parent/subsidiary, branch office, or affiliate of the foreign company. If the employee will work for the US company as a manager or executive this is classified as an L1A visa. Since I got the first 221(g), they have been stamping the visa for 2 years, instead of the date on I-797. My current H-1B visa expired in Sept 2019. My I-797 expires in Sept 2020 (also reflected under PED on my visa). I need to travel to India in December 2019, which means I have no choice but to go for visa stamping again for the same I-797.
