Sep 18, 2021 · 2 load an auto save entering leper's smile then change the difficulty to story and heal him 3 load an a save just before leper's smile stay on core difficulty not touching anything and heading straight to crevice as soon as possible and save him. heal option still there. just do not load any quick save AFTER entering leper's smile. Looking for tips on how to handle these guys at L7. I did manage to get past the hump on my previous unfair playthrough, but finding them even worse of a pain on this one.
